Order Processing

Domestic Shipments
We offer two types of shipping: standard and rush delivery.

Standard Delivery
Most stocked item purchases are shipped from our Rochester Hills warehouse and scheduled to arrive within two to five business days of receipt of the order, depending on the distance to your location.

Rush Delivery
For an extra charge, we can arrange rush delivery. Next day, second day and 3-day select options are available to you. Rush orders placed by noon are guaranteed to ship the same day.

International Shipments
We utilize UPS Worldwide® to ship International Shipments. International shipments will ship within 1-2 business days.

Shamrock Companies and its shipping partners are not able to influence local delivery practices. The time it takes to get your order from the local post office to your recipient's address can vary widely from country to country. Delivery may be delayed by customs/import duties and local postal requirements.

Backorders
Real time inventory is displayed on the order page. If you are placing an order for a quantity higher than what is available, you will see a pop up that tells you that we will ship the quantity available and create a backorder until the product is received in stock. If you can’t wait for backordered stock or have a special delivery situation, please contact Customer Service at 800-200-9330 or by email at chanscel@shamrockcompanies.net to discuss options.

Return Policy
We are proud of the company store collection or merchandise and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund for your order within 30 days of receipt.

We apply a 15% restocking fee to all items that are returned in sellable condition. If a returned item is deemed defective, the restocking fee will be waived.
